Delegation to carry a deceased woman's body, 1917
Haji Aqa Vaziri has delegated the task of carrying the body of a deceased woman to be buried at the Maʻsumah mausoleum to Mashhadi Ibrahim. This contract has been made with the supervision of Haji Mirza Javad, the Mujtahid from Tabriz.

The stipend of the late Mirza Fath‘ali Khan, the son of Mirza Ishaq the former procurement officer in Baghdad, has been determined to be one hundred and thirty tumans to go to his mother, sister, and brothers, Mirza ‘Ali Ashraf Khan the brigadier and instructor of Nasiriyah school, Mirza Mas‘ud Khan the agent, and Mirza Mahmud Khan the brigadier of the royal artillery.

Question and answer about mahr obligation
Since Zayd had guaranteed the mahr on behalf of his son, after his death, should the mahr be deducted from the original (undivided) inheritance, similar to all of the debts of the deceased, or from the son [the husband]'s share? Sadiq ibn Muhammad has answered that it should be treated like other debts.

Regarding Hajiyah Baygum Khanum's burial in Najaf, 1939 to 1940
Abu Turab ‘Amid Lashkar hired, on April 30, 1939, Muhammad Rawzah Khvan [the preacher] Fayyaz, the son of the late Karbalayi Husaynquli, to carry the corpse of Hajiyah Baygum Khanum, the daughter of Mirza ‘Abd al-Husayn, to Najaf and bury her there, for 80 tumans, of which he recieved 50 tumans in advance and the rest of which he will recieve upon return. The following documents are receipts for ten tumans on October 26, 1939, five tumans on December 26, 1939, January 25, 1940, and February 23, 1940, and thirty-five tumans on April 22, 1940.

Petition regarding Rubabah's and Zulaykha's inheritance
Sadiq ibn Muhammad writes to Hujjat al-Islam Haj Mirza ‘Abd al-‘Ali Aqa: after the death of Mashhadi ‘Isa, the brother of Haj Sadiq and Haj Musa, he was survived by his two underage daughters, Rubabah and Zulaykha, and left no will. His brothers took ownership of his inheritance and wrote two documents regarding the daughters' shares, which was left to the writer for safekeeping. Marriage contract of Haji Maryam Baygum, the daughter of Aqa Sayyid Ismaʻil, and Haj Sadiq, the son of Aqa ʻAbd Allah from Kirman. The mahr is twenty two tumans and five thousand dinars. The bride has the following conditions: her husband should take her to Mashhad and pay the costs and it is also his duty to pay for her burial in Mashhad.
